1/4-20 vision QLC kits

A comprehensive kit using our Quick Load Corner (QLC) fixture. Ideal for holding plastic, aluminum, rubber, and other nonferrous parts. These 1/4-20 kits are used if the parts you will be measuring are LARGER than 3"x 3".

To select a kit, choose a QLC frame option and a base plate

SMALLER than 400mm x 400mm = Option 1 QLC
LARGER than 400mm x 400mm = Option 2 QLC

If you want the base plate to have:
MORE WINDOWS for optimal viewing = Multi-Window
MORE HOLES for attaching components = Multi-Hole

A kit includes component set A below and one R&R acrylic base plate with M4 threaded holes 10mm on center (choose from plate sizes listed).To determine the part number for the desired kit, select the size of the base plate. Example: A 1/4-20 vision kit with a .50" x 10" x 10" plate with QLC frame Option 1 with the Multi-Window base plate and component Set A is part # QLC1K-W1010-20.
