The R&R Fixture XTension table offers flexibility for fixturing a part with use of any portable CMM or laser system no matter what shape, size or type of part it is. The table top is created using an R&R base plate. The cast aluminum fixture plate is supported with rigid, aluminum XTension legs that can withstand large parts and heavy weight loads. The table's modular, rigid construction provides a place to mount a portable CMM and to fixture parts, at one low cost.

Greater Stablility

Our fixture table plate is made of thick, .75" (19mm) cast aluminum allowing the entire component thread to be engaged for maximum strength and durability for your setup. This creates a stout, rigid setup (horizontally or vertically), unlike thin breadboard fixtures where only part of the thread is held within the material of the fixture.

Threaded base plate:

• Available in English (1/4-20) w/ threaded holes 1" on center or Metric (M8) threaded holes 30mm on center.
• Hard coat anodized for longer durability and will resist scratches
• Labeled with alpha numerical grid on all four sides for easy documentation
• Mounting holes or bases can be added for securing the portable arms/ laser to the table
• Threaded holes are chamfered for ease of screwing components straight into the plate
